Tone guidance, the do-not-mention list and custom reply instructions are set per campaign, so each client's drafts follow that client's rules. The score thresholds and the email notification setting are per campaign too. You can pause a campaign when a contract stops and resume it later.
On Scale, every campaign has a Stats tab. It breaks down matches by search term and by subreddit, shows where items drop out of the pipeline, and tracks AI usage and cost for that campaign. You can look at yesterday, the last 7, 14 or 30 days, or all time.
