Terms of Service

Who we are
SignalSeek (signalseek.cc) is built and run by @jsifalda, based in the Czech Republic. To contact us, email sifalda.jiri@gmail.com or use the support page.
Accepting these terms
- When you use the SignalSeek website, the web app, or the AI app connector at https://signalseek.cc/api/mcp, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use SignalSeek.
- You must be 18 or older to use SignalSeek.
- If you use SignalSeek for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that company.
What SignalSeek does
- SignalSeek finds public Reddit posts and comments where people describe a problem your product solves. It scores them and drafts suggested replies.
- You set up campaigns. A campaign holds your product, a persona, subreddits, search terms, and a strategy.
- Drafts are reply suggestions from AI. You approve or reject each draft inside SignalSeek.
- SignalSeek never posts, comments, votes, or sends messages on Reddit. When you approve a draft, SignalSeek only marks it as ready inside SignalSeek. You post by hand, on your own Reddit account.
Your account and connected AI apps
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- You can connect an AI app, such as ChatGPT or Claude, to SignalSeek through OAuth. The AI app can ask for these scopes: campaigns:read, campaigns:write, drafts:read, and drafts:write. The consent screen shows the scopes it asks for. The app stays connected with a refresh token, as the Privacy Policy describes.
- You are responsible for the AI app you connect and for what it does with that access. The provider of that AI app handles your data under its own terms.
- To disconnect an AI app, remove SignalSeek from its connector settings. To make sure that no connected app keeps access, email sifalda.jiri@gmail.com. We then revoke all connector access for your account.
Acceptable use
Follow Reddit's User Agreement, its Content Policy, and the rules of each subreddit.
Do not:
- Send spam.
- Manipulate votes.
- Promote your product without saying you made it, where a subreddit's rules forbid that.
- Harass anyone.
- Try to get around SignalSeek's rate limits or access controls.
- Reverse engineer SignalSeek, except where the law allows it.
- Share your account.
- Use SignalSeek for anything illegal.
AI-generated content
Scores, strategies, and drafts come from AI models. They can be wrong, off-tone, out of date, or not appropriate. Read and edit every draft before you post it. You alone are responsible for what you post and where you post it. A score is an estimate. It is not a promise of results.
Third-party services
Reddit, OpenAI, Anthropic, and the AI model providers we use are independent companies with their own terms. SignalSeek is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, OpenAI, or Anthropic. Their names on this page only identify their services. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make to their services.
Your content
- You keep ownership of the content you enter, such as product descriptions, personas, search terms, and your edits.
- You give SignalSeek a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content only to provide the service. This includes sending it to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy.
- The licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
- Reddit posts and comments belong to their authors.
Fees
Free during the public beta: every account gets the Scale plan, every feature, no card required. Paid plans return at launch.
Our plans, with prices in US dollars (USD):
- Starter: $29 per month, 1 campaign
- Growth: $59 per month, 5 campaigns
- Scale: $209 per month, unlimited campaigns
See the pricing page for full details. We email you at least 30 days before any charge or price change applies to you. You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund part of a period, unless the law requires a refund.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data SignalSeek collects, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Availability and changes to the service
We provide SignalSeek “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee any uptime. Features can change or stop. Changes at Reddit or at AI providers can stop parts of the service from working. When we can, we tell you in advance before we remove a major feature.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- We give no warranty of results. We do not promise leads, customers, or sales.
- We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, lost opportunity, or action that Reddit or a subreddit takes against your account because of what you post.
- Our total liability for all claims is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. While SignalSeek is free, that amount is zero.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent, gross negligence, or harm to life, body, or health. Nothing in these terms limits a right that consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
Ending your use
- You can stop using SignalSeek at any time.
- To delete your account, email sifalda.jiri@gmail.com from the email address of your account. We then delete your account and all its campaigns, matches, and drafts.
- To disconnect an AI app, follow the steps in Your account and connected AI apps.
- We can suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, for abuse, for a risk to the service or to other people, or for legal reasons. We tell you why, unless the law or safety prevents it.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the “Last updated” date on this page. For a material change, we email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you continue to use SignalSeek after that date, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using SignalSeek and ask us to delete your account.
Governing law and disputes
Czech law applies to these terms. The courts of the Czech Republic decide disputes. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live. You can also bring a claim in the courts of that country.
